I'm your host, Julia Marie. Settle in and get ready for another spirited conversation. My friend and colleague Spear is a St. Louis shaman who does tarot and oracle readings when he's not working on staff at a local college, and he's agreed to be with me today. So we can talk about the recent surge that's been going on with the Schumann resonance and how it may impact our lives. He can be found@spearshimmers.com. So welcome back, my friend. Now, I know you probably have your thoughts about this, but I want to just provide the audience with a little bit of background first on what exactly this human resonance is and why should we care, basically? Okay, so we are bioelectric beings ourselves and therefore we're affected by this. Resonance Science says our biological systems are tuned to the background frequencies of the planet through the Schumann resonance. So what is it? Well, there's a lot of history about a fellow that discovered this, and I'm not going to waste anybody's time with that, but how it's generated is the earth has a negative charge and the ionosphere has a positive charge. And so there's a space in between there between the earth and the ionosphere that creates a little friction because they have different charges. So the resonance, the waves that are created are generated by lightning or solar flares or other cosmic phenomenon.

Those frequencies resonate back and forth like a ping pong ball within this chamber basically. Now the frequency of the human resonance is at about 7.83 hertz most of the time, and it does fluctuate and it's been running at a pretty high level since January of this year, I believe, and it's maybe causing some issues for some of us, and that's what we're going to get into today. But at 7.83, that's one of our brainwave frequencies. So there's no accident that theta, which is sleep or deep meditation or intuition, creativity alpha, which is our normal relaxed state when we're aware but not processing actively information is right around that 7.83 hertz. Now, there's a lot of things we now have in our environment that cause some disruption in that connection. All the electromagnetic smog of today's technology, including our appliances, our phones, our computers and all of that, it does have an impact on our physical body and it disrupts that connection to our capacity to entrain with the frequency of the earth.

I know that there's a lot of research out there and we could dive deep into how ELF fields affect the way our bodies function, but for today, I just want to focus on the Schumann resonance itself and what it's been doing in these past three months and how it might have impacted people. So let's start with that. What have you noticed in general, maybe in yourself? I know for me, I'm not sleeping and I'm having a hard time getting anything done. I'm exhausted no matter what I do. That's one of the reasons why I wanted to do this episode today so that some people that might not be aware of what's happening with the Schumann resonance might not be so hard on themselves if they're also experiencing this. So what have you noticed out there in the world? Spear (04:39):

Personally, I'm in a period of respiration, so I'm not opening up a lot lately, but I have been feeling it and it's, for me, it's generating a lot of stress. Like you said, sleeping patterns are off just being irritable. It's like even though you can't hear a noise, if it's piped up to a high level, your body's still going to respond. Your eardrums are still vibrating, and it just feels like everything's kind of ramped up a little bit irritable. I'm relatively new to this. I'm not by any stretch and expert in the Schumann frequencies, but I've seen it a lot and I've seen it a lot lately. Like I said, disruptive sleep is one of those. Some people are getting headaches. I had a headache. I don't usually get headaches. And yesterday I was like, why is my head, it's just a low thrumming headache, and I kept, when I would stand up, I'd notice it and I'm walking around, I'm like, what is going on?

And then I get a message from you and start doing research and I'm like, oh, well, that's what it is. And you said, normally it's around seven and from what I've seen the last couple days, it's been up to like a hundred. So it's been piped up. It's been ramped up. And the other thing I noticed in doing the research, a lot of people were saying that it's almost like the heartbeat of the earth energy wise, and so you're getting ups and downs, so it's not a constant high pitched noise. It's ramping up and coming, ramping up and coming down. And so some people are experiencing time slips. I was seeing a lot of that where time's either slowing down or speeding up for them or they're losing time. One person described it as spiritual hot flashes where all this energy is being ramped up in you and it's turning into a heat almost, and then it's quickly followed by a cold flash, and so it's just up and down.

It's affecting them on a physical spiritual level. Things being out of place like misplacing, things you don't normally misplace, putting something down and just completely forgetting about it. That's been reported a lot by people. They just can't. They're just being distracted. It's the same if you live in a city and all the background noise is happening all the time and it gets ramped up and suddenly you're just misplacing things and headaches and all kinds of stuff. So some people we're saying things about timeline jumps and others were saying it's actually shifting you forward in your spiritual thing. So that feels or turns it's been turning things, so it feels like a timeline jump, but it may be more of a you're being pushed or pulled in a 90 degree angle. So that's also rough for people to experience when they're not prepared. And I think that's leading to some stress too. Julia Marie (08:07):

That 90 degree angle is interesting to me because Spirit told me a long time ago, when you shift to dimensions and you shift to dimensions, it literally is a 90 degree angle to go up to another dimension. So it's like a stair step. So that's interesting to me Spear (08:25):

And things coming into your life where you have to pivot like that, it could feel like a jump, but a lot of people were saying that it's just you being forced to go in a direction you weren't set out in. And so you're getting a lot of information, you're getting a lot of opportunity to level up as I call it, and if you're not integrating it, it's piling up. You're getting bombarded with it and sucked along and pulled in directions that you're not prepared for or you're not preparing yourself for, I should say. So a lot of people are getting messages in their dreams when they are able to have dreams. They're reporting entities coming to them with lists of things they need to clear blockages that are preventing them from manifesting. And a lot of folks are saying that as you get closer to manifestation, more of these shadow triggers, the things that you're not dealing with are starting to show up.

The closer you get the tougher it's going to be. There's, and the resistance isn't external, it's all internal, so it may look like chaos, but you've got to release whatever's holding you back. You've been holding on for too long, you've been making do, and it's time to meditate and look at those, open those up and absorb them. You're going to have to integrate them so that you can shift easier while this is happening. While this is because I don't think we're done, I think we've been having it for the last couple months, but I think it's going to ramp up till the end of the year almost. It feels like it's not done. Whatever solar cycle we're in right now that's bombarding the magnetic field, the earth, it's on a ramp up. So start integrating stuff now if you can. Even if it's little stuff, little steps, you're still moving forward. Don't forget about that. Even though you're shuffling your feet, you will cross the finish line, you'll make the marathon. So don't give up. Don't think that you're not making any progress. So clear those blockages. Julia Marie (10:38):

That kind of hits home for me too. I feel like this isn't a short-term thing. I feel like this is going to go on for a while. I feel like we need to come up with strategies to be able to deal with it, and one of them would be to not beat ourselves up when we spend a week not being able to do much of anything. It's just too hard. We don't have the energy available. Spear (11:03):

Take a nap if you've got to, if you're not getting good sleep, take a nap. It really helps. You've got to do good for your body because you're getting all this energy poured on you and you've got to be able to digest it. You're standing in front of a fire hydrant that's just going, and you've got to incorporate it. Julia Marie (11:24):

And I do like to say we need to just respond to it in a way that makes sense for us instead of reacting to it. So we need to be in respond mode. Spear (11:40):

You can't make the changes on a large scale for everyone else. You've got to really work on your own and be that light or that guide for other people. The hardest thing is trying to up the collective consciousness. When you've got to really start at home, you got to start for yourself. Julia Marie (12:00):

Once we're aware of what's going on, that can be very helpful. Again, another reason why I wanted to have somebody on here that I could actually have a discussion with about this, because if we're not aware of what's happening, then we tend to be hard on ourselves. Spear (12:19):

Yeah, I have been lately. I mean, it feels like I'm just getting stressed out over every little thing, driving home, going to work, all that stuff. Just it's piling on. But now with this, it feels like an aha moment. That makes sense now that it's not just me. The universe is pushing me forward and I've got to really work on that. I got to do my work. I got to do my homework. Julia Marie (12:47):

Well, and the awareness then allows you to relax and not be so stressed, which is a benefit. Spear (12:54):

Yeah. Yeah. Julia Marie (12:57):

Well, it is said in many of the ancient traditions that the Schumann resonance doing what it's doing, that it is, it has the potential to precipitate a spiritual awakening. And I do believe since we've just barely entered the age of Aquarius, this is no surprise that now we find ourselves literally being shoved through the door whether we want to go or not. We're being grabbed by our shoulders and shaken. It's time to wake up, wake up, wake up, and the planet is ascending. I've presented a workshop since 2000 called The Planet is Ascending, and so are you because you're here on the planet. She's moving, she's upgrading her awareness, and we're here. So guess what? We're along for the ride. We need to do what we need to do to manage our way through this. And I will say this, our tech circling back around to that, all of our tech is disrupting our ability to entrain to the changing frequencies of the Schumann resonance. So my opinion, anything we could do to minimize our exposure to that, which yes, I get that it's getting nearly impossible to do is going to help us handle it better. Spear (14:32):

And some people can hear the electronics running. They can hear the high pitched noises. It gives off their TV's giving off when it goes to a silent moment, and it's the same thing as the human. You're constantly hearing that even though you don't realize it, you've become sort of numb to it as all the electronics, they all give up. Fans are going, the sound of electricity, going through stuff that you just can't hear, but it's there. It's giving off for frequency. So that piled on top of the Schumann residence, yeah, we're all getting extra dosed. So going outside barefoot, just standing in the grass, that sort of stuff. I think it doesn't have to be long walks out in the middle of nowhere. It could just be sitting outside for a little bit and not watching TikTok for five hours. You take 20 minutes out and just sit and enjoy and listen to the wind and all that good stuff.

I mean, with our storms that came through last night with the lightning and everything, the wind, that's even more energy that's just getting thrown in us. And so it's a lot. Don't think that you're not alone. Don't think that it's just you. There's a lot of people getting this and not knowing. Like I said, I've been kind of dumb to it for a long time, and now that I'm hearing it, it makes a lot of sense. So we got to meditate a little bit, and it doesn't have to be big 20, 30 minute meditations. You can take two minutes, five minutes, just clear everything out, listen to. You've got to work on what's scaring you, what's giving you anxiety, and you've got to face it and you've got to sort of incorporate it. You're not going to defeat it defeating it is the wrong ideology. You've got to incorporate it in and understand why it scares you and how to go forward with that. Julia Marie (16:28):

Yeah, the suggestion I would say is when you go outside to sit on the ground or walk around in your backyard, leave the phone in the house and just go outside by yourself. Literally hug a tree Spear (16:47):

Or put a hand on it or put a hand on the ground, or Julia Marie (16:50):

A way to get away from some of it, not all of it. Julia Marie (16:54):

One of the other things that I know can be helpful, and I've been a physical grounding advocate for years, and that would be to ground yourself at night when you're sleeping. There's a lot more people out there doing the grounding sheets and mats now than there were in the past. I happen to use Clint obs earthing mats for my own self, but pretty much probably anybody's technology would be helpful. So any way that we're able to stay grounded to the earth in a physical way would be great. I guess you could also use a meditation or a visualization to imagine yourself grounded to the earth and allowing that frequency to flow up through you. That intent would bring that resonance to you to help you and train more as well. Spear (17:52):

Eps and salts, anything like that. Julia Marie (17:56):

Something that would also be helpful from a practical perspective would be to go to bed at a regular time and get up at a regular time. That would help set your rhythm as well. Anything like that would be helpful, I would imagine. I think the main thing is for people to understand, like you said, that we're all in this together. We're not going through this alone. And some of those phantom symptoms, I didn't know the headache one, but I had last month I think it was, I had over a week of headaches that would not go away. They just would not go away and still don't know what caused them, but they did eventually subside. So I guess we just need to, now, I'm not saying ignore any symptoms that you have. If they're concerning, you go see a doctor and you take the time to have the physician tell you, well, there's nothing we can find here with any of our testing, then you might be able to then attribute it to this shift in the resonance. Spear (19:07):

So what's it resonating at spiking to, Spear (19:16):

They said over the last couple days, it's been spiking around a hundred, but I don't, I need to find out where it's got to be out there somewhere. I'm just not certain. Julia Marie (19:31):

That's kind of concerning. The 5G stuff that's coming in is at 60, so if that's a hundred, that's a lot. Spear (19:43):

Yeah. Julia Marie (19:45):

No wonder people are feeling the way they're feeling. That would make you sick, maybe even. Spear (19:50):

Yeah. Julia Marie (19:52):

Is there anything else I can do to maybe help me balance this stuff out? Spear (19:58):

I think understanding that, that it's bringing up stuff you have to work on, and if you've got a journal or a log, writing that down and not working on it all at once, but keep up with where you're going. Don't forget where you're at and what's going on. That's the biggest thing. And it's also dipping out. I'm just looking it up right now. It looks like it's having blackout periods where it's going really low and then it's jumping back up high. So we're getting pulses, big pulses as opposed to heartbeats. So Julia Marie (20:37):

Well, maybe it's trying to not just support us and give our bodies a break is almost what it feels like, because this does not feel random to me at all. No, yeah, it does not. This is intentional. Whatever's happening. It's very definitely intentional and it feels to me almost like a cosmic Spear (21:00):

All of us volunteered for this. I feel like that's a safe thing to say. Anybody who's listening to this conversation remind yourself that you volunteered for this and you wouldn't have decided to show up here if you didn't think you could handle it. Spear (21:20):

And just be aware of it. There's a lot of people doing videos, daily videos on the s, human residence, TikTok, YouTube. So search it out if you're aware of it or if you're going through something and it feels rough and you can check to see where that's at, it really helps. It really does. It explains a lot. Get plenty of sleep, face your inner shadows and manifest, move forward and manifest what you want, what you need and where you should be. That's clear, the blockages. Otherwise you're going to keep feeling stretched out, overloaded and bombarded. So that's what I got to start doing be. Julia Marie (22:05):

Yeah, and it's going to be interesting for, I'm going to monitor it more now. I'm interested to see if the actual baseline resonance of the Schumann has a permanent shift that's higher than where it normally is. When all of this is said and done, that's going to be interesting to see. Spear (22:26):

Yeah, and solar activity is another thing to keep an eye on. Just in general, what's causing some of the ramping up. So Sun's doing weird things like the earth is us and the sun is bombarding with more energy and it's reacting. So same with us, with this human resonance. We're all being pushed forward, pushed up Julia Marie (22:52):

Whether we want to go or not, because we're on this planet, which yep, we're along for the ride, so let's just make the most of it, is what I feel like I need to say about that. Spear (23:09):

And you may not do 100% completion, but doing 10%, 2%, you're going to be better off. You're going to feel better off. So like I said, baby steps, baby shuffles. You'll eventually get there, but you got to keep moving forward and consciously pushing yourself, Julia Marie (23:31):

Keeping a record I've always recommended is a good thing. Write it down so you can go back later and see where you were and what you went through. That's always helpful. We just need to know that we're not alone in this. We're all going through this together. Do your best to minimize your exposure to your tech. Do a little more going outside, which this time of year, it's perfect. The weather is so great most of the time. And hang on. Spear (24:05):
