Julia Marie (00:00):
Vibrational astrologer, Michael Spremulli returns to give us the Cosmic Weather Report for February, 2024.
Stay tuned. This is Evolving Humans, the podcast for Awakening Souls. I'm your host, Julia Marie. Settle in and get ready for another spirited conversation. Thanks for joining us. Michael SPR is a vibrational astrologer with a deep understanding of this modality. His approach to astrology is both unique and practical. He combines his expertise with cutting edge, scientifically validated interpretation techniques.
Michael's website is blue ridge astrology.com. Good to see you again, Michael.
Michael Spremulli (01:01):
Well, here we are again, another month and lots of cosmic stuff happening, so I'm going to just dive right in if that's all right. Julie Marie.
Julia Marie (01:11):
Oh, please do. You're driving this bus today. I just want to listen.
Michael Spremulli (01:15):
Alright, well, as always, I begin every one of these forecasts with the same mantra, and that is your mileage will vary. Think of the astrological monthlies that I do as like a weather report. It is going to give you a general tone of the energy that's going to be aspecting in the sky. In order to see how it would affect you, we would need to look at your personal chart. But knowing what the general weather is like
is certainly very, very helpful because then you have the option to make certain decisions or avoid certain decisions. And the other thing that I'll mention in addition to that is when we're talking about energy of any type,
(01:56):
Especially from the perspective of vibrational astrology, the planets show us the optimal energy of what can happen. It doesn't mean it's going to happen. You have to decide whether you want to put the work in or not. So it's like the stage is set in the spring. The farmer could plant a crop or not. So my job is to let you know when things are most advantageous so that you can plant your crops. So with that, let's go
ahead and dive in here. So astrology, we do these every month, but things kind of bleed over from one month to the next. So I want to cover a couple of things that are wrapping up or happening and wrapping up in January, and then we'll jump right into February. So the first thing is on January 27th at, it doesn't matter at the time because it's a long range transit, Uranus is going direct in Taurus.
(02:56):
It's been retrograde in Taurus since the beginning of August. So here's why that's important to note. And it's going to be in Taurus for a while. It stays in a sign for about eight years. But when planets are retrograde, and we touched on this last month, it gives us a time to review and renew What's going on?
Well, the energy behind Uranus is about liveliness living in the moment, just kind of flying by the seats of our pants and focusing on the here and now. Well, because it's been retrograde, you may have been feeling at least clients who've been coming to, you've been saying it's like I'm in a holding pattern. I don't know what to do here. I think I know where I'm going, but I don't feel any flow. I'm not sure what's up. Add to that, that because it's in the sign of Taurus and Taurus is all about go with the flow.
(03:53):
Taurus doesn't push. Taurus likes to go with the natural process of things as far as how they unfold and when that flow isn't happening. Anyone who has a lot of Taurus placements, they get a little antsy. And I can relate to this personally because I've got Taurus up at the top of my chart and the business and
career section of my chart, and I've been having things kind of start to formulate, but not really take any action because it just, things haven't lined up. There's been no flow. So good news on the 27th of January, because Uranus is now going to direct in Taurus. So if you've been putting things together, making plans, trying to get a system in place, especially if it's related to anything that involves
possessions, because Taurus is all about that. I have portion of the Zodiac, what are my resources? You should start to see that ease up a bit.
(04:52):
And I always say this too, energy is not like a switch where it comes on and off, it goes direct on the 27th, give a week or so for that transit to start to gel and stabilize. And areas where there haven't been any flow should start to flow again. And people with a lot of Taurus in their chart, meaning a lot of planets in the chart in that particular in the Taurus House, in Taurus section, should experience that shift
and be very, very grateful for that. Because there's nothing worse than wanting the flow, looking for the flow, and there's no flow. So that's exciting. Yeah, I got lots to tell you today. Lots of good stuff.
Julia Marie (05:35):
Well, it's good to know some things are starting to break free.
Michael Spremulli (05:42):
Oh, well, we're going to talk about that too. Wait till we get to the vibrational component of all this as far as breaking out of the norm, because Uranus shows up again. Oh, goodie. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Alright, so there's that. I spoke a lot about Pluto last time. I will say at this in time, Pluto is in Aquarius. Yay. All right. So what does that mean? Or maybe you didn't catch the last episode. Go back and listen to it, but I'll give you a little quick synopsis right now. So Pluto has been in Capricorn for a good long time, about 18 years-ish, somewhere in there. And it demol the old systems. Well, now it's in Aquarius. Well, Aquarius is the sign of innovation. So it's going to be in Aquarius for the next 20 or so years. So expect things to start to really focus on forward thinking.
(06:35):
Aquarius is about looking forward, not looking back. So with Pluto in Aquarius, that's going to start activating lots of things. Here are four of them that I think you'll start to see. And again, it's going to take a while for this to rev up because Pluto is such a slow moving planet. So tech advancements, massive technology shifts coming down the pike. Without a doubt, we're going to see stuff that just blows our minds. Another piece that comes along with Pluto entering into Aquarius is some social reformation.
Things are going to start to correct themselves, whether it be political or globally or what have you.
There's going to be more balance in place because Aquarius energy is all about being part of the whole. Aquarius is not interested in setting themselves out from the rest of the crowd, but rather, how can I do my part in the larger network in which I live? So some of that might begin to show up more frequently.
Personal transformation is another one. Even though Pluto is an outer planet, when it hits Aquarius, it tends to, well, we suspect because the last time was back in 1776, I think, which
Julia Marie (07:56):
I find interesting, by the way. But let's not go there. But
Michael Spremulli (08:01):
I do find it interesting. Yeah, that's a whole nother conversation for another time. But this is the time for people to transform themselves, maybe reinvent themselves. Maybe they're sick of doing the career that you've been doing for a long period of time, and it's like, I need to switch out. I'm just toast. Pluto in Aquarius brings that type of energy to help nudge you along and make you look at horizons that are down the road as opposed to current and certainly not the past. And then the last one, which I think is
kind of cool, and we'll see how this unfolds over the years ahead. And that is an elevation in global consciousness because Aquarius is all about connectedness to the greater cosmos and people and communities and what have you. It makes sense using the definitions of what the planets deliver from an energetic perspective, that this could bring consciousness forward. A few steps throughout its time.
Are we going to receive contact from aliens? Who knows? But if it's going to happen, it'll probably happen sometimes this aquarium cycle, because that expands the consciousness of things. So that's Pluto. I talked a lot about that last month. I don't want to belabor that, but we're here. The age of Aquarius is, now we're in it. Hooray. Any other pieces on that that you want me to flesh out?
Julia Marie (09:32):
No, I find that interesting how you put that it's an elevation of the global consciousness and people all over the internet are talking about that right now. But it's nice to know there's actual reasons for that.
Michael Spremulli (09:46):
Well, it's interesting that you bring that up because there are a lot of people talking about it. Usually folks who are in the space that we serve, whether people are intuitives or tarot readers or astrologers, because we keep up with that. Where I think it's going to be really cool is when the people who have no following of this sort of stuff or have a foot in that world start to experience that. And that's when it gets
kind of cool because then it really gets disseminated and spread out over a larger swath of the population at large. Alright, well we can't do a monthly forecast without looking at new and full moons.
And just as a quick refresher, new moons are a time to manifest and plant your seeds. We're planting seeds every day with every decision that we make. When those seeds sprout, they come to fruition and a conclusion ends up happening.
(10:46):
The new moon is when we plant the seeds. Full moon is a time for harvest. So we have a new moon happening February 9th at 20 degrees Aquarius 40. So that is actually in Aquarius. Ooh, how cool is that?
We've got Pluto in there doing its work, and now the moon is coming around to activate the Aquarian section of everyone's chart. And you'd have to look at your chart to see where that is. But as far as the collective, it encourages us to embrace our uniqueness weakness so that we can conserve the greater good. This isn't about, look at me, look at me. But it is all about how are you unique and how could you
then plant a seed with your uniqueness so that you could serve others. Maybe you're an artist who create sculptures out of old glass Coke bottles. Well that's kind of cool.
(11:51):
How can you use that to serve the greater good? I don't know. But I'm sure there's a way. Maybe you're a writer and you write true fiction type stories where it's stuff that's based from real experiences, but you use it to create fiction. Is there some message that you can impart in there? I'm just giving a couple of examples. It's really easy for you as an individual to think about how this applies. Because think about
what do you do well, what? What are you obsessed with? What makes you you? And then see how you can begin to plant those seeds into the world to contribute your part to the human race. Now the interesting thing about the sign, Aquarius and I touched on this a little bit, it brings life and vitality to the group that connects with, which in this case is the collective.
(12:51):
And everybody's kind of doing their part. It's not like we're cogs in a machine. I don't want to convey that image, not what this is about. Everybody has a part and a role to play. So this new moon coming up, spend some time thinking about, well, what are your talents? What are your strengths? Your gifts? And you've got 'em them. Sometimes they're buried and we need help to figure them out. But if you're on
this earth, there's something that you could bring to the world. So spend some time thinking about that and maybe using this as an opportunity to plant that seed on the 9th of February. So I like full moons, new moons rather because they give us a starting point. They give us a place to get our act together and figure out, alright, let me put the wheels in motion on something. And that's something ultimately is determined by you as an individual.
(13:53):
So that's coming around the bend. February 9th, get ready for that. Of course, we have a full move in February as well. February 24th at five, Virgo 23. So it's the beginning portion of Virgo is where the moon is going to be filled. Let's talk about Virgo for a second. According to the VA research, here's what Virgos mission in life is. And some of you out there may not like this, but I mean this in the best possible
way. Virgos have this desire to fix things. They want things the right way. They want things perfect. They want to fix you because in their mind, and I'm not just talking about a Virgo Sun sign, I'm talking about people who have a lot of Virgo energy in their chart. They have this image in their mind of how things are supposed to be. It should look like this.
(14:56):
Family gatherings should be this way, holidays should be this way. Your home should be set up and organized in a particular way. Their energy is all about bringing the ideal that's in their mind into reality.
Now, sometimes that may get overdone and then problems can ensue if someone is overly rigid in their perception of what should be versus what is in reality. And that's where problems can come from Virgo Virgos about perfection. So the good news is, if you did your homework and planted your seeds back in the new moon of Virgo, which was several months ago, now is the time to reap those rewards. So the
Virgos who stuck with the game plan and did the homework and worked out at the gym or ate healthy or whatever it is, this is a time on February 24th on or around give or take a week.
(15:58):
It peaks on the 24th of course, to see the fruits of that Virgo energy come to life. So let's use the health example. Let's say several months back you met with your doctor and they said, oh, your cholesterol is too high and you need to eat better. Well, Virgos are usually pretty good at following procedures because they want to do it the right way. So let's say you ate right and you exercised and you said no to carbs and all that other stuff. And then you go and have a doctor's appointment and discover, Hey, my labs are looking pretty good. That's an example of the Virgo cycle going from start to completion.
Because if you've put in the Virgo energy work and it is analytical, Virgo is not about touchy feely stuff. We're not talking about that type of energy here. We're talking about what is right, what is perfect.
(16:56):
Now, we don't always hit perfection. In fact, we rarely do. But that work done under that Virgo new Moon can then manifest itself in this full moon. So be tuned into the fact of the work that you've done, appreciate the successes, and then let it go. Especially anything that has not served you. Full moons are a time to appreciate the harvest and then release, and then we start over again with another new moon.
So that's what's coming up. And again, that's full moon February 20, 24th, five degrees Virgo. And that should be a time when many of us realize the hard work has finally paid off. So that's cool. Now we get to look at some of the vibrational energies here, and there are two big ones that are happening that I think will spark some discussion between us. Oh, goody. So just as a recap, or if you're new here in vibrational astrology, the way we do long range forecasting is a bit different than traditional astrology
because we're looking at multiple planetary combinations.
(18:16):
The planets are the energy that make something happen. The signs give a little bit of color as to how it's going to get played out, but the energy and what we feel comes from the planets. So February 1st through the 11th. So there's a nice long run here. We have sun, Uranus and Pluto all aspecting together inside of the 10th vibration. So let's talk about the 10th vibration first and vibrations are simply higher octaves of a natal chart. The 10th vibration has to do with how we are able to play with others. The
reason is 10 is a multiple of five, five times two. The fifth vibration itself is about free flowing creative energy. This is not like being in a situation where things are a slog and you're having to push the rock up the hill constantly. It's where the energy flows evenly. Think of a child that play, particularly a child who might have a predilection for music or art, and they just sit down and woo, they just start playing the piano or creating music or whatever.
(19:34):
It's not work to them. The energy just flows. So because it's in the 10th vibration, this is not just sitting down and drawing a painting by yourself. In that artwork example, it would be collaborating on let's say a mural with a bunch of other people. Just to draw that example out a little further. So in the 10th vibration, we have a lot of this playful, easy flowing life is good energy that interacts with others. Well, what is that energy going to look like? Now we go to look at the planets, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto. So
Saturn takes things away that aren't essential. Uranus helps us live in the moment and break free of the norm and Pluto Ed's compulsion or intensity. So when we put all of that together inside of the 10th vibration, the first week and a half or so of February is about breaking free from conservative or restriction, restricted situations.
(20:38):
And I'm not saying conservative in the political sense. It's like, alright, I've had enough of this, whatever this is, I got to do something different. So for that first 11 days in February, you might feel this desire to shake things up because when Saturn and Uranus get together, that's a desperate like, Ugh, I got to get out of this box. And that box could be relationships, it could be work, it could be doing something you
don't want to do living where you don't want to live. You feel this urge like I got to get out of here. But because it's in the 10th vibration, it's probably going to show up more in the way that you interact with others, either at work or in your community for the good. This is a very positive type of aspect. Some are more challenging than others, but there's going to be this intensity because of Pluto's involvement,
which is like, alright, we got to do things different.
(21:36):
Maybe you're on a team at work and you have to break out of the way that you've been doing a specific project or task because you're just sick of it or it's not producing or whatever it is collectively and collaboratively, because this is happening in the 10th vibration, things could flow together very, very nicely so that you could make some changes, break out of those restrictions, really put the nose to the
grindstone in the sense that, hey, everyone's going to do their part and pull this together and end up coming up with something new. The other thing that this brings is a little bit of rebellion type of energy or rebelliousness. So it's important to keep an eye on that because Saturn, Uranus can sometimes have some problems with authority. So you don't want to plant a mutiny in your office and get everyone all fired up and walk out.
(22:32):
Although that can happen under this, probably not the best way to go. Rebellious activities are fine as long as they are productive and fulfilling, breaking out of that norm just for the sake of breaking out of it and then not doing something else. It's kind of a waste in the energy. So this all starts February 1st, runs pretty heavy all the way through the 11th. Right around the middle there would be the midpoint of that,
but now would be the time if you're thinking about breaking out of something that has been constraining you a good time to start that process. And emerging from the cocoon is around the beginning of February. Have you found with your clients recently that you've been getting a lot of people saying, I feel not stuck in the traditional sense because stuck, we all get stuck. This is more like I, I'm constrained almost as if I'm being tied up. I, and that's the image that comes to mind. There's a tarot card, I forget the one where woman, I think
Julia Marie (23:41):
It's the 10 of swords,
Michael Spremulli (23:43):
I think 10 of swords, yes. Yeah. So the woman's bound with swords and what have you, and she's constrained. Have you had that type of query from your clients recently with regards to that type of feeling?
Julia Marie (23:57):
As a matter of fact, I have, and it's been interesting to note how many times I've heard that from different people. It's like they can't put their finger on why they're having that feeling. They're responding obviously to the energy.
Michael Spremulli (24:17):
And part of that was with Uranus being retrograde and stopping the flow. You see how all this fits together? It really all comes together to tell the collective story. So the good news is you're going to get a nice window there the beginning of February. Is it going to solve all the problems of the world?
Absolutely not. However, it's a golden opportunity to take advantage of making some changes. Now let's do the fun one. What big national holiday, whether you like it or not, happens in February?
Julia Marie (24:50):
Oh, Valentine's Day.
Michael Spremulli (24:51):
Yes. Valentine's Day. Alright. And by the way, I did not specifically when I do forecast, I look at the energy and then see what's going on. I don't go the other way around, meaning I don't look to see what's happening on Valentine's Day. Sometimes nothing significants happening, but this one could be a doozy in a good way if that's your thing. So let me explain what's happening. And this actually happens
in vibration one, which is a natal chart. So if you pull up an astrological chart online or February 1st, or excuse me, from the 12th through the 25th, you'll see these transits occurring. So here's what's
happening. We have got Venus, Mars and Pluto all aspecting in the first vibration. The date range is the This transcript was exported on Jan 27, 2024 - view latest version here.
12th through the 25th. Couple of ways that this will play out. The first thing to note with this combination of venous Mars and Pluto, I may have misspoke a second ago. Sometimes I get a little tongue tied, but I'm looking, I'm talking, I'm thinking, and I get
Julia Marie (25:56):
No, that's what you said it, right? Venus, Morris, Pluto.
Michael Spremulli (25:59):
Perfect. All right. I want to just make sure that I'm giving the right stuff here. The word of the day, there is passion, lots of passion. Here's why. Venus is what we are attracted to persons, places, and things.
Mer Mars is energy. It's drive. It's like the desire to go do something. So we're not just thinking about passion. We want to exercise passion. We want to be on the receiving end of passion. And if that weren't enough, we had Pluto on top of that. And it's like, yeah, it's passion time. It's time to pull out all
the stops. So for those of you who do celebrate Valentine's Day, that is going to, this is probably going to be one of the better Valentine's Day experiences should you choose to participate in that than you've had in several years previous. Now, I haven't gone back and looked at all the transits, but this is noteworthy.
(26:58):
And what I encourage people to do, because I'm a VA astrologer, let us know, get ahold of myself or Julia Marie and let us know how this whole period from the 12th through the 25th of February works out for you because this is how we refine our models and if nothing happened, let us know. But if you
are pursuing passion or in a relationship during that timeframe, expect to really feel that intensity ramp up for the good. Now, can there be some explosiveness there? Absolutely, because Pluto's involved. So that passion can get overrun a little bit and it could end up being like maybe a little unwielding. So a really favorable Valentine's Day is in the mix as well as the time up until the 25th intense drives and
goals come to the surface. Now let me answer the question that I know is in at least one listener's minds out there.
(27:58):
Well, what if I'm not a relationship and I don't want one? That was going to be my question. Well, there you go. You're not out in the cold. Because remember, Venus is what we are attracted to people, places, or things. For those of you who are not in a relationship and want one, it may be a good time to explore
that. But you want to be careful because if you just jump into something with Pluto's involvement, it could be short-lived and flamed out. But let's say you're not in a relationship, you don't want to be in a relationship. How do you use this energy? Creativity will abound also during this period. Okay, now
you're talking from the 12th through the 25th. Well, why is that? Because it intensifies our goals and drives during this period. How it gets played out is obviously up to the individual with Venus's involvement.
(28:51):
If you channel that into an area that involves creating things, maybe artistic expression, writing, redoing the driveway outside your house, but whatever it is, you could channel this intensity and drive and action in a very positive way. And you can do both too. It's not an either or. You can certainly enjoy the romantic and that side of things if that's your deal and or go and create something. But this energy is
really ripe for igniting our passions. Now, a couple of warnings come along with this particular transit. Jealousy can be at an all time high because when there's passion, especially in the romance department, you can end up getting it into a situation where you're feeling jealous of someone. Are they really talking to me only or are they talking to someone else, or are they stringing me along or what's going
on? There is some of that potential to keep that in check as well as possessiveness.
(30:04):
You could be on the side, either the giving or receiving side of either being a little overly possessive or feeling what it's like to have someone overly be possessive of you. So all in all, this is great energy in the area of relationships and creativity because when Pluto just brings a turbocharge to the whole mix, and because Pluto is aspecting for almost two weeks there with Mars and Venus, it's a great time for you to
create, build something, whether it's build a relationship, build something to bring to the world, the energy should be flowing and it's very fertile. It's like planting in the spring again, the ground has been tilled, the soil's been enriched, plant the seeds and then watch things start to bloom. So that is the second. There are only two major vibrations that were active for any extended period of time. Just as a
little bit of background info, when I'm looking at the vibrational transits, I'm not picking out the ones that last for a day or two. I want something that has that minimum a week of influence because you can feel that quick. Transits never change your life. That's just the bottom line. They create little deviations along the way. It's the longer transits, and this isn't even by definition, a long transit, but you'll start to
feel the energy when anything lasts for a week or longer. And that's what I strive to bring you during these updates. So that's what I have for February, 2024.
Julia Marie (31:48):
But ooh, we've got a lot to look forward to. And yeah, I know what I'm going to do from the 12th to the 20, whatever. I'm going to maybe create some artwork. That seems like the perfect time to do that.
Michael Spremulli (32:01):
That is the optimal time for such an expression because it's almost like the inspiration comes out of the blue and you're just downloading the information and then transmuting it to something that people can see. Yeah, I mean, the last couple of forecasts, there's been some rocky times coming out of December
and January this month looks good overall. I mean, nothing that's going to be beating us over the head, at least from what I can see.
Julia Marie (32:28):
Well, everything goes in cycles. So we were overdue for a pleasant trip around the month.
Michael Spremulli (32:37):
Yeah, I agree. I agree. And if I can mention right now, a lot of people have said, how do I learn some of those basics? How do I learn the basics of this stuff? Well enough people have been asking me that I finally decided to do something about this. Interestingly enough, it's probably going to be launching sometime in the middle of that 12 to 25 mark on February.
Julia Marie (33:00):
Well, that's perfect.
Michael Spremulli (33:01):
Yeah. Well, that's my design. I actually use this stuff. I don't just talk about it. I'm doing a real basic bare bones, get yourself oriented to astrology online class. I'm still working out all the details. I don't have all that put together, but to be on the list when I make this live, and that should happen in the not too distant future. You can sign up for the notification list at Blue Ridge astrology slash class, so blue ridge
astrology.com/class, and you put your name and email in there, and as soon as I got all the particulars released, I'll put it out. And this is geared for people who have a desire to know some basic astrology and know nothing. So I'm starting at square one in a way that'll get you functional. You're not going to be an expert astrologer. That's not what this is designed to do. However, to be able to understand the
differences between planets, signs, houses, the key functionality, that's what we're going to be discussing so that you can at least get astrologically functional is what I'm calling it.
Julia Marie (34:04):
