What if I told you that you can live from the inside out? You already have everything required to walk a spiritual path. What if you don't need to learn anything? After three decades of living according to these teachings and
applying them to real world situations, I've proven to myself this way of living from the inside out works.
When someone hears a story from my spiritual journey, the typical response is, you should write a book. Yet I was reluctant to tell my story until now. As our planet and humanity go through a collective awakening, mountains of content are available to everyone undertaking a spiritual journey and the mountain continues to grow exponentially. The challenge, especially for the newer spiritual seeker is to
discern what information benefits them.

As more people feel like there's more to life than what we can perceive with our physical senses. There's a greater need for stories like mine, stories of direct experience and real life tested approaches to cooperative co-creation with the universe. I've written about how I, an ordinary person had encounters with the extraordinary and followed the road less traveled, which infused my life with a new depth and
dimensionality, and you can too. This book is a memoir written by someone like you, someone willing to work hard and strive to achieve all the material world goals they thought would successfully establish them and provide for their family.

I grew up in a Catholic military family and my dad retired from the Air Force, a single mom. I also served in the military to provide security for my daughter and myself. After passing the bar exam and opening a legal practice, I felt I was following my calling to speak for those who have no voice. Then the universe called and my life turned upside down. My legal training served me well During those critical early days
of my spiritual awakening. I honed my ability to lay out an unfamiliar concept, step-by-step in order to make logical sense of it. From years of reading and summarizing cases for class, I applied this to my early conversations with the unseen realms. When I began sharing some of these concepts with others years later, I discovered an ability to break information down so that a person could grasp it or relate to it
within the context of their 3D existence. So the law degree was beneficial just in a different way than how I'd anticipated.

After the initial series of spiritually transformative experiences. I dedicated my life to testing the limits of my connection to my soul and higher guidance. Treating my spiritual experiences as a research project helped me be both an observer and a participant in a new reality. My life was my laboratory. into my new life of living from the inside out. I wrote this book for people seeking to deepen their connection to the light within and who are searching for strategies and techniques to change how they live their lives. This book is largely written in chronological order, but not always. Many of my STEs happened over a short amount of time, but my understanding of their importance came later in light of other events. So some chapters are arranged topically from basic ideas to more complex ones to better capture the full picture. One chapter can be read independently of the others, but you may encounter unfamiliar material if you don't read the book from front to back. The stories within these chapters illustrate
specific principles I gained by applying the teachings from the unseen teachers that visited in the early months of my awakening. My stories are largely written from my viewpoint at the moment of the events to illustrate what I felt and thought at that time, like many of you may have felt in the beginning of your spiritual journey, I was navigating a pathless path and was often filled with doubt. My present day voice
comes in from time to time to add wisdom gained over three decades of living my life guided by spirit.

I also offer suggestions for you to consider as you choose your next steps of living by the principles in this book and responding to the signals from your soul. As you read this book, you'll notice I use various terms for the invisible, unlimited intelligence of which we're all apart. If that same word is lowercase, it refers to the human or material aspect of existence. For example, the field capitalized, enhanced my field, lowercase of vision. Labeling the unlimited ineffable essence from which we all arose is impossible,
so I will not attempt that you may call this energy spirit, God, the field source, the creator, the infinite, the universe, or any other label that resonates with you and your current understanding and belief system. Whenever you see one of those words capitalized, it refers to the energy that holds all of creation together and without which nothing would exist. You're free to substitute your conceptualization for any word I use.

I also refer to two primary levels of our consciousness, the ego-driven personal and the soul level of awareness or greater self, the repository of all the wisdom we've gained over our entire existence. Many people call their invisible helpers guides, but I refer to them as my companions because that is what they ask me to call them. In our very first conversation, they explained that guide put them on a level higher than my own, which wasn't an accurate characterization of our relationship. My companions also
told me that before we incarnate, we work out the lessons for that lifetime. For example, I may intend to learn humility or proper use of power or compassion in my next incarnation, the companions who could also benefit from participating in this lesson agree to join me on my journey into incarnation. My understanding is we travel in groups as souls. We meet with other members of our group to see how
their soul has an opportunity for growth. If they accompany us into incarnation, each contributes from the other side in a manner that can lead to their soul growth as well as ours. One member of the group, incarnates and the others support that soul's incarnation. The person Incarnating also contributes to the growth of the other members of the group, and that too is part of the discussion.

Our guides aren't necessarily wiser than we are, and certainly they're not omnipotent. They join us to progress our collective spiritual journey to find our way home.
