Our planet may appear like a speck of dust in the vastness of the universe, just as the individual may feel small and insignificant among the billions of people on our planet. Still, this vision allowed Julia to know through direct experience how important the earth is to the wholeness of creation and at the same time how important each one of us is to the success of the Divine Plan. This knowledge inspired the author to
share her extraordinary experience of awakening step by step in the hopes that it can help others who are also awakening to the infinite and responsive intelligence of the universe.

Julia allows us to observe how both her intensive questioning of and listening to the universe brought flashes of insight that she was gradually able to piece together into a cohesive hole. But there is so much more that Julia experienced. I was amazed to read about the many ways the universe chose to communicate with her and how clearly she has related those experiences to the reader. For example, she describes a series of spiritually transformative events that persisted for a year and a half. One such
experience was a spontaneous activation of her healing ability, her hands heated and her fingers swelled. Julia later understood that this discomfort was caused by the discrepancy between the higher frequency of the energy entering her body and her dominant frequency. As she raised her body's vibration, the discomfort subsided and the higher frequency flowed through her hands without pain or swelling of her fingers.

Another such experience was a sensation of a fiery heat rising in her spine through the chakras and within the very cells of her body. Only later did she realize this experience is called the rising of Kundalini, a process that awakens our entire body and mind. Julia began to experience waves of information flowing into her consciousness. Through these experiences, she came to understand that everything has a frequency. We can raise our frequency as we intensify our connection with higher
consciousness. Julia gives an excellent analogy for this process. At first, our ability is limited to picking up the three main over-the-Air network channels, because in the beginning, we are the equivalent of a roof antenna. As we shift our awareness, the signal comes in more clearly and there's less static interference.
Gradually, we expand our capacity to process larger volumes of information at the speed of light.

We are now high speed fiber optic cable, able to access more spirit. Julia explains how intensifying this energy changes our physical body so that we can experience an embodied consciousness centered and integrated in the heart. And yes, there are fears, doubts, and disappointments, but these are just natural

development was obstructed by a limited, and we now know through quantum physics, faulty worldview that we are nothing but matter and there is no meaning or purpose to life. And death is the end of everything we have ever loved.
